I finally figure it out! We need to create Anchors and luckily for everyone the code is pretty simple. This is the code for creating the link, like the one on the top of the page, < A HREF = " # ( name of anchor ) " > Link Text < / A > . And for the anchor itself, < A NAME = " ( name of anchor ) " > Text for link < / A > . Remember to remove all the spaces in between the symbols, < >. Try looking at the code to see a (FINALLY) working example.
